Emulsifiers for Oilfield

 

SEPCOR provides Emulsifiers that are either oil-in-water or water-based invert emulsions.

 

SEPCOR PREMUL-P52 Primary Emulsifier is a concentrated fatty amid complex designed from a modified tall oil and for use as a primary emulsifier for forming water-in-oil emulsions in oil-based drilling fluids and similar systems.   SEPCOR PREMUL-P52 Emulsifier is available in concentrate or field strength and is recommended for diesel oil systems invert drilling fluid systems. It may also be used in mineral oil-based drilling fluid systems. Our primary emulsifier performs very well as a primary emulsifier in diesel-based systems and exhibits excellent electrical characteristics.

 

 SEPCOR SEPEL-21 SECONDARY EMULSIFIER and WETTING AGENT CONCENTRATE is a complex concentrate mixture of specially selected polyamides and premium quality ingredients for emulsification and wetting agent properties.  It is typically used in water-in-oil emulsions for oil based drilling fluids and similar systems. SEPCOR SEPEL-21 SECONDARY EMULSIFIER is available in field strength or concentrate.  Its solvency is such that can be used in diesel oil or special mineral oil systems and it is compatible with all common oil based and invert drilling mud systems.
